6 months after installation we offer a 15 minute free Health check meeting to end customer to review.
We request a meeting with the Facility Manager, HR manager, IT person or appropriate senior person.
- To review whether the customer received the Ergonomic saving that was expected?
- To review whether the customer received the Productivity saving that was expected?
- To review whether there were any issues in the supply and installation process that could be improved?
- To review whether the installation process was done seamlessly, and that the customer is satisfied with the installation.
- Were there any challenges we could improve on?
- Are there any other challenges we could help with?
