To keep on top of the current trends in the work space industry, it is important for us to visit shows worldwide to see how the market is progressing. Orgatec is one of these shows. Stretching over 5 days and achieving a 56000 visitor attendance, this biannual show had a lot of ideas to offer, and a lot of walking to do to see it all. The major outcome that we noticed is that active furniture is getting to the point where it is starting to become common place. Examples of active furniture start at the height adjustable tables (such as our Adjustatable offerings) then ranged to balance boards, balance chairs and work space treadmills.

This was also a show which brought out the prototypes from established companies to get interest in possible future products such the self driving car prototype from Mercedes; completely unrelated to what we went there to see but interesting nonetheless.
